“Medical humanities" della cognizione vestibolare
Il seminario analizzerà la cognizione vestibolare integrando clinica e medical humanities.
L’obiettivo è fornire una lettura multidimensionale del sistema vestibolare, considerando non solo il controllo dell’equilibrio ma anche i correlati cognitivi, emotivi e identitari, nonché l’impatto dei disturbi vestibolari sull’esperienza soggettiva del paziente.

Elio Maria Cunsolo
Born in Enna on December 15, 1957.
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Catania on April 11, 1983.
Specialized in Otolaryngology at the University of Bologna on July 14, 1987.
Worked as a medical director at the Complex Operational Unit of the Major Hospital of Bologna until 2007.
From February 2007 to January 2025, he worked at the Otolaryngology Clinic of the University of Modena at the University Polyclinic in the same city.
Over the years, he has developed an extensive curriculum as an author of scientific articles and specialist publications, both nationally and internationally.
He is still a leading figure in the conference scene, as a speaker, with frequent assignments to give keynote speeches at important scientific events.
As director, he has held numerous national specialist refresher courses.
Throughout his professional career, he has received numerous awards and recognitions.
He is currently past national president of the AIOG (Italian Association of Otolaryngology and Geriatrics).
From 2006 to 2010, he was a member of the board of directors of the SIOP (Italian Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology).
