Dr. Francesco Pontoni holds a degree in Audioprosthetic Techniques from the University of Padua. Creator of Clarivox®, Francesco is a hearing aid specialist at family hearing centres. Co-author of the book "Non Sei Sordo", tutor for university students and speaker at various courses and conferences, he is now an external member of the ANAP Scientific Committee for the drafting of the guidelines for hearing aid technicians.
The Pontoni Acoustic Institute was founded in 1989 by Roberto Pontoni's revolutionary instinct. Tired of the sector's excessively commercial nature, he opened his own small laboratory in Monfalcone (GO). Inspired by technological innovation, Roberto experiments with new hearing aid fitting techniques and in 2007, after the first results, he decides to bring his first collaborators into the project. A few years later, his two sons Matteo and Francesco joined the team. In 2017, Clarivox® was born and from here a new chapter begins: the one that will lead Pontoni Acoustic Institute to be called Pontoni - Hearing & Technology and to open its 34th centre in 2023.
